It was constructed during a period covering years of 1904 till 1906, and according to the project of architect Carl Seidl and to the order of Baroness Luise Klein Wusenburg.  <\/p>\n\n<p> This representative building, a building of beautiful architecture and picturesque loggia, decorative entrance porch and a spacious terrace from which a beautiful, wide staircase leads down to the sea, is a perfect place to enjoy the wedding ceremony. The beautiful park in an intimate environment is an ideal location for a getaway from everyday life and enjoyment with your nearest and dearest friends. <\/p>\n\n<p>The spacious park of the villa, surrounded by lush, fragrant greenery of Mediterranean vegetation and open to the sea, is a place for beautiful garden parties up to 120 people.
