How to start?

A wedding is the crown of your love! To make a decision about a wedding is a big thing, and when you even decide that it will take place abroad, in Opatija, that certainly brings up a question: Where to start? We plan and coordinate weddings in Istria and Kvarner and the whole Croatia, and we are specialised for the area of Opatija where our agency is situated. This is the reason why we suggest that you fill in our questionnaire. During the filling of our questionnaire, write down the date you want, the number of guests and the main idea about location and protocol. That will greatly make it easier to give suggestions for a location that could fit in with your wishes. We will send you photographs and information about terms and prices of the locations that you might like. We will also arrange a phone or skype consultation. During our first conversation we will explain you our way of doing business and in that way we will start the first steps of planning your wedding.

What would be our first step?

When we find a location that fits in with your wishes and planned budget it is time to start with the first informal reservation. Preliminary reservation of the location, as well as other vendors, is valid to the moment when other newlyweds make the inquiry.

However, since you have the priority, you will be asked for an advance payment. The advance payment is paid directly to every vendor you confirm and it is deducted from the total amount. It guarantees the reservation for your wedding of the certain date.

What to do next?

When you book the location, we start making the informal protocol, set the budget and the visual concept of the wedding. We will send you a list of the documents you ll have to collect for the wedding ceremony so you can officially book the date.

When we give you references of the individual vendors we ll give you all the information as well as their contact and prices.

We take care that everything agreed is fullfilled.

If you use our service of the coordination, our price depends on our involvement in your wedding: time and the duration of your wedding, the number of our people included in the coordination, how demanding the wedding is, place and location of the wedding and the vendors included at your wedding. The service of the coordination, as well as the decoration you ll pay directly to us, if we are doing it.

How many weddings do you do a week?

Taking into consideration that a wedding is being prepared for days, and the planning and coordinating involve the day of the wedding too, as well as the days before, we coordinate the only one wedding a week. We are able to decorate another wedding in Opatija or surrounding on the same day.

Can we use our vendors and do we have to use your services completely?

Of course you can! If you have your own photographer, musicans or anything else, we will gladly coordinate with them as a part of your wedding team. The agency can completely plan your wedding, but also just a certain part.

Can we contact you any time?

We are at your disposal at any time, even for a minor thing. We will be happy to free your mind of any indecision and clarify any question that bother you. We reply to our emails within 24 hours, except working weekends or free days planned in advance, but you will be informed about that.

How much do you charge your service?

When planning a wedding, we make our own profit in the contract with the vendors, so the services of giving references are free- vendors, location, music, photographers and other. The newlyweds pay the vendors directly. All the vendors that you choose, we can reserve, but you can do this too, using our references, if you would like to make a personal contact with the vendors.
